Santiago Canyon Roof Inspection and Repair

If you reside in Santiago Canyon, you need to perform a roof inspection at least every six months and do any necessary repairs immediately. If you procrastinate, you can end up with huge roof problems.

As with most things, the key to getting the longest life possible out of your roof is to do inspections from time-to-time and perform basic maintenance. If you see any debris on the roof, remove it immediately. Debris changes the formation of the roof and can cause water to go in directions that the roof is not designed to handle. Think about the problems caused by beaver dams, and you can see what can happen on a roof. Roofs can handle moving water, but pooling water is bad news. Water carved out the Grand Canyon, so your roof isn’t much of a barrier if you don’t take basic steps to maintain it.

When the water or wind is coming in, you need immediate help with your roofing. That’s where we come in. Give us a call at 866-fix-my-roof for immediate help.
